Love is thoughtful
Love requires thoughtfulness-on both sides- the kind that builds bridges through constructive combination of kindness, patience, and selflessness. Love teaches you how to meet in the middle, to respect, and appreciate how your spouse uniquely thinks.
You should learn to communicate truthfully without underlying messages in a clear way your husband can understand. You should show patience with your spouse knowing he thinks differently and can not read your mind. Too often we become angry and frustrated and speak harshly only to determine later we should not have said it.
In thoughtful nature, love teaches us to engage our mind before speaking words from our lips. Love thinks before speaking, filtering words through through and kindness.

Ask yourself:
- When was the last time you spent a few minutes thinking of how you can understand and demonstrate love to your significant other?
- What immediate needs can be met by you today?
- What next event (anniversary, holiday, birthday) coming you can prepare for?
